Beloglazov Vladimir Alexeyevich, M.D., professor, honoured worker of science and technique of Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2000) is the head of the department of internal diseases No.2.
He founded department of clinical immunology and allergy and a laboratory of clinical immunology of the central scientific research laboratory of the CSMU in 1999. Main scientific direction is endotoxin, study of its role in gram-negative flora of the intestine in norm and in pathology. Research materials done at the laboratory of clinical endotoxinology were successfully defended in four M.D. and twelve Ph.D. theses. Two Ph.D. in medicine were defended under personal supervision of V.A. Beloglazov. He is the member of editorial board of scientific journals “Immunology and Allergy”, “Crimean Therapeutic Journal”; a member of two academic councils on M.D. and Ph.D. theses defense; member of republican problem council on clinical immunology and allergy of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, fellow member of American college of clinical allergy, asthma and immunology. V.A. Beloglazov is the author of 170 research works, 2 inventions and 3 patents of Ukraine. He cooperates with the immunology research institute of New England (USA).He is awarded the order of Ahapid Kievo-Pechersky.
